Mental health is not just having the absence of a mental disorder. It is when an individual can cope with the stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a positive contribution to others as well as themselves.

Join us for the “Importance of Me” where you will learn to love yourself and how your fitness can impact positively on your mental health.

Speakers include:

-Nazia Khatun: A body transformation coach

-Marzana Rahman: The broken bride and domestic violence survivor

-Shahida Stanley: Who will be teaching muay Thai.

Bring your trainers and appropriate clothing for the fitness activity.

Strictly ladies only event. No men will be permitted to enter.
